Lazonby. Away from roads and in private grounds, you can be exercise without prying eyes. Your 2 weekly group sessions are in an open, comfortable studio where the only people in the room are those wanting to build a better routine and relationship with exercise.
Exercising with a group helps motivation, confidence and pushes you that little bit more. Who knows, you might even enjoy it!!
