Improve mobility and strength with this 30min Leg focussed workout.

I've called this 'balance' as we have some advanced single leg deadlifts in there! This is a great class for those wanting to focus hamstring/glute activation and building.

A nice 'leg loosener' warm up - followed by X2 40/20 TABATA rounds before finishing the workout with a little treat of a 90s challenge round! 

LOWER-BODY HIIT 

A short Bodyweight warm up raising HR and getting legs set up for some more controlled weights in the following rounds.
