LOWERBODY 3
Filmed 9/12/20 - Fast paced warm up getting that blood pumping, followed by some controlled conditioned movement's helping build those legs!!

A leg workout with it all. A good warm up making sure those legs are awake and loose. Moving into some conditioned rounds with quick fire HIIT in between, giving you the ultimate mix!

LOWER-BODY BALANCE
I've called this 'balance' as we have some advanced single leg deadlifts in there! This is a great class for those wanting to focus hamstring/glute activation and building.
