Helping teens with technique, confidence and fitness.
1 session per week for 6 weeks:
Tuesday’s at 4:30pm
Each session has a technical focus, followed by a workout, core & cool down. They will also receive a different ‘education’ topic each session. Such as;
- BASICS ON MACROS
- HOW TO STRUCTURE YOUR WORKOUTS
- WHY WATER IS SO IMPORTANT
The sessions are perfect for;
- Learning technique,
- Developing skills,
- Improving fitness,
- Building strength,
- Building confidence,
- Socialising with friends.
