WEIGHTED MOVEMENTS 

KB SWING

Everything you need to know about this exercise. 

Main thing to remember, It's all in the hips!

DB ROW

Take your time to get your positioning right, then focus on the pull, shoulder retraction and SQUEEZE!

DB RAISES

Be slow and controlled, especially on the way back down! 

CLEAN AND PRESS

Whether using DB's or a Bar, the movement is the same. 

Each rep has 4 separate movements. 

DB SNATCH

Single arm movement from the floor, up above your head. Use correct lifting Technique and be explosive in the movement. 

DB FLOOR CHEST PRESS

You might find it hard to think of ways to target the Pec's from home. 

The floor is a great subby for lack of bench. 

Control is key & don't forget to focus the mind!

DEADLIFT

If you haven't got access to an olympic bar, I recommend this DB version. 

A difficult exercise to get right, so make sure you give this your full attention. 

SHOULDER PRESS

Everything you need to know about all at home shoulder exercises.

WIDE ROW

Instructions on this surprisingly techincal move. What makes it so hard? The positioning. 

Barbell and DB demo!

KB SUMO SQUAT

A small variation to It's friend to the left. 

This one is more isolated and slow, due to its difficulty.

GLUTE BRIDGE

As Glute focussed as it gets. Firstly I show you how to move properly and what to focus on, then the home advancements to start building your peach!

HANG CLEAN

2 focusses on this compound move, a clean and a squat. 

Hint - Start with lighter weights until you are confident with the movement 

RENEGADE ROW

A more advanced movement, with core engagement and strength essential to success. 

Have a watch, start with a light weight and once you have the movement, up the weight!

BICEP CURL

What may seem like a basic exercise, there are easy things people commonly do wrong. Have a watch, start with lighter weights and really focus on the targeted muscle! 

TRICEP EXTENSION

It may feel like you are relatively limited in tricep exercises from home, luckily, this one does the job perfectly. 

Hint - Start with lighter weights until you are confident with the movement
